Established in 1998, China Tianjin Recare Co., Ltd. has grown over 28 years into a world-class condom manufacturing plant and reproductive health product supplier. Operating a 20,000 m² GMP garden-style manufacturing hub equipped with 12 dipping lines, 8 automated packaging lines, and 18 electronic testing machines, our factory of condom boasts an annual output of 1 billion pieces. Driven by 3 specialized R&D laboratories and 500 skilled staff, we offer stable, high-volume supply and end-to-end OEM/ODM private label solutions for over 1,000 brands, pharmacy chains, and international government tenders across 160+ countries.
Safety and regulatory compliance form the core of our corporate identity. China Tianjin Recare Co., Ltd. is proud to be the first condom factory in china to secure the prestigious MDR CE certification. Our integrated quality system is further backed by ISO 13485, ISO 9001, SABS, FSC, and CCPIT accreditations, fully meeting WHO standards with USFDA 510(k) under registration. As a trusted condom maker, we guarantee 100% pinhole electronic testing, burst volume checks, and tensile strength evaluations on every batch to support smooth global customs clearance and effortless market entry.
The precision and safety of our output rely on a fully automated, multi-stage condom manufacturing process:
High-precision glass or ceramic moulds move along a continuous production line through regulated cooling systems to achieve the exact temperature needed for latex adhesion. (Image Placement: Cooling Moulds)
Clean glass moulds are immersed continuously into temperature-controlled latex tanks. Rotating evenly for uniform coating, the moulds are dried, dipped a second time, and rinsed thoroughly with clean water. (Image Placement: Dipping Line)
Moulds pass through a high-temperature drying chamber at 110–120°C. This thermochemical process cross-links sulfur molecules and latex polymers, giving the wet rubber optimal elasticity, tensile strength, and standard wall thickness. (Image Placement: Vulcanization Line)
Using dry electrolytic current principles, 100% of our products are fitted onto stainless steel moulds for conductivity testing. Any micro-hole completes the circuit, immediately screening out non-compliant items via our automatic and manual testing lines. (Image Placement: Electronic Testing)
Operating inside a certified Class 100,000 cleanroom, each product is individually foil-wrapped using high-speed automated sealing equipment to maintain absolute hygiene and freshness. (Image Placement: Sealing Workshop)
Products are packed using automated high-speed boxing machinery for standard 3-piece or 12-piece retail cartons, or assembled manually for customized bulk and complex private label packaging formats. (Image Placement: Packaging Workshop)
Our in-house laboratory conducts comprehensive physical testing—including pinhole verification, water-leakage checks, burst pressure testing, and accelerated thermal aging—issuing a full inspection report for every batch. (Image Placement: Testing Center)
Our facility features three dedicated storage zones for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished inventory. Designed for efficient supply chain dispatch, container trucks load directly inside the warehouse for fast global shipping. (Image Placement: Warehouse)
